What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Even after all my years in real estate, it’s still incredibly rewarding to receive feedback about how approachable and easy I am to communicate with. People often say I do things differently, but to me, it’s simply about being genuine and bringing energy and enthusiasm to what I do every day. I think my positivity, communication style and willingness to build real relationships are what help me stand out.
What are some core values you live by?
When I first started in real estate, it was a dynamic, fast-paced industry with so much to learn, and I embraced that challenge wholeheartedly. Let’s face it — buying and selling property isn’t something taught in schools. Over time, I found a real sense of achievement in being able to guide people through important decisions and milestones, while also building meaningful relationships along the way. I value honesty, hard work, adaptability and genuinely helping people through the process.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My career has naturally led me into the commercial real estate sector after many years working across residential sales and related areas of the industry. Throughout that time, I gained experience in home condition reporting, energy efficiency in homes and working as an Executive Assistant to the Buxton Ballarat directors while also transitioning into the most important role of all — parenthood. Today, I’ve found my passion in Commercial Leasing and Commercial Property Management, where I enjoy the ever-changing nature of businesses and the properties they operate within.
