How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I’ve always come from a strong sales background, and that has heavily shaped the way I operate today. Before real estate, I worked as a Sales Manager for the premium brand BMW, where I learnt the importance of high-level customer service, attention to detail and building genuine relationships. In that environment, expectations are high, and you quickly learn that trust, communication and consistency are everything.
