Matt was born and raised in Ballarat and has always had a passion for real estate. Clients often say I take the time to truly understand what they’re trying to achieve. I don’t rush decisions; instead, I take a measured and considered approach, doing the research and focusing on delivering the best possible outcome rather than simply the quickest one. Everything I do is centred around achieving the right result for my clients.
What are some core values you live by?
I’m guided by hard work, honesty and community. I believe strong results come from consistent effort and determination, while transparency is what builds long-term trust. I also value the importance of contributing to the community and building meaningful relationships with the people around me.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My early career in hairdressing taught me the importance of how you make people feel, and that has stayed with me throughout my professional life. After transitioning into real estate, I gained experience across all facets of the industry while navigating significant market and legislative changes along the way. Those experiences helped shape my approach and ultimately led me to the role I’m in today.
