What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I moved to Ballarat in 2019 and have absolutely loved living here ever since. With my children attending local schools and universities, I’ve become strongly connected to the community and genuinely believe Ballarat is a fantastic place to live, work and raise a family.
What are some core values you live by?
Honesty and transparency are values I strongly believe in, even when delivering difficult news or owning up to mistakes. I also believe in treating people the way you would like to be treated yourself, with respect, understanding and fairness in every interaction.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
Before moving into property management, I worked across administration, customer service and management roles, all of which I genuinely enjoyed. However, I wanted a career that allowed me to continue working with people while also achieving a better balance for my family life. Property management has given me the opportunity to combine the work I love with the flexibility to support my children and their needs as well.
