What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often say what sets me apart is my communication and responsiveness. I make a conscious effort to keep both owners and tenants informed at every stage, ensuring they feel supported and never left wondering about the status of an issue. They also appreciate my proactive approach. Rather than simply reacting to problems as they arise, I try to identify and address potential issues early before they escalate.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My career began in retail management, where I developed strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, time management and team leadership within a fast-paced environment. While the role was quite different on the surface, it gave me a solid foundation in managing competing priorities and handling a wide range of client needs professionally. I later transitioned into property management somewhat unexpectedly, but it quickly became clear that many of the skills I had developed were highly transferable to the industry.
