What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I’ve called Ballarat home since 2009. I was married at the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, and I’ve raised my three children here, which means I’ve experienced Ballarat in the most genuine way possible — from playgrounds and parks to schools, weekend spots and community events. I genuinely love this city and the people in it, and I’m proud to help others find their place here too.
What are some core values you live by?
Honesty, kindness and clear communication are values I strongly believe in. I think trust is everything in real estate, and it’s earned by following through on what you say you’ll do, being upfront and genuinely caring about people’s outcomes. I also place a strong value on hard work, community and treating everyone with respect, whether they’re buying their first home or growing an investment portfolio.
Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of
I’ve always felt strongly connected to Ballarat’s small business and community scene, and I’m passionate about supporting local businesses, events and initiatives wherever I can. I believe strong communities are built through people supporting one another and investing back into the places they call home.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
Before moving into real estate, I worked closely with Ballarat small businesses and ran my own marketing business, which taught me how to connect with people, communicate clearly and present a product in the best possible way. Those skills have transferred naturally into property, and I’ve loved bringing a modern marketing perspective into my role at Buxton Ballarat.
