I think people appreciate that I'm genuine and easy to talk to. I don't believe every conversation has to feel transactional or rushed. I like to take the time to understand what's important to someone and make sure they feel comfortable asking questions along the way. I try to create an experience where people feel listened to, supported and informed, because I know that's what I would want myself.

What are some core values you live by?
Kindness, honesty and consistency are probably the three that guide me most. I believe the way you treat people matters just as much as the outcome you achieve. I try to show up the same way every day, be reliable, communicate openly and always follow through on what I say I'll do. Building trust takes time, and I think it's earned through the small things rather than big promises.
