Sophie grew up in Ballarat and completed her VCE at Ballarat High School in 2021 before going on to complete her Certificate IV in Property Services. Now part of the Buxton Ballarat Property Management team, Sophie is enthusiastic and kind, taking pride in her strong work ethic and attention to detail while ensuring everyone feels valued.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I was born and raised in Ballarat and have always had a strong connection to the local community. I attended Ballarat High School and completed my VCE in 2021, giving me a genuine understanding of the area and the lifestyle Ballarat offers.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often highlight my attention to detail, strong work ethic and clear communication. I also think people appreciate the genuinely caring approach I bring to my role, as I always aim to make clients feel supported, valued and well looked after throughout the process.
What are some core values you live by?
I’m guided by honesty, kindness and compassion in both my work and the way I interact with others. I believe in treating people with respect, being genuine in my communication and always approaching situations with care and understanding.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I began my career with Buxton in 2022 working in reception, where I spent two years developing strong communication and customer service skills. That role taught me the importance of being patient, polite and attentive, while also giving me a solid understanding of the real estate industry and helping shape the role I’m in today.
