What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I grew up in Ballarat and completed my VCE at Ballarat High School, so this area has always felt like home to me. It’s where I’ve grown up, built friendships and created a lot of important memories, so I feel a genuine connection to the community. I love that Ballarat has such a strong sense of character and history, while still continuing to grow and evolve. Knowing the area personally gives me a real appreciation for what makes it special and helps me connect with clients who are making important decisions about where they want to live.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
I think one of the biggest things people notice is that I’m approachable, organised and genuinely willing to help. I really value clear communication and making sure people feel comfortable asking questions, no matter where they’re at in the process. Before real estate, I worked with children with special needs, and that experience taught me a lot about patience, empathy and adapting to different people’s needs. I bring that same mindset into my role now. I want clients to feel supported, listened to and confident that I’ll follow through on what I say.
