Step up to the treetops and step into your future in this beach-side Sandbelt locale. Elevated on high at a highly-sought, low-traffic address, this substantial two-storey home rises above the rest with extended three bedroom, two bathroom accommodation featuring gracious separate lounge and dining rooms with Art Deco detail, spectacularly sunny first-floor living with room to work and play (or perhaps fit a fourth bedroom)…and more living outdoors with a wide veranda and sail-shaded tiered decking in sun-drenched north-facing gardens. Richly detailed with jarrah floors and a timeless Blackwood kitchen with prestige Electrolux and Bosch appliances, this lovely late-period home offers a wealth of contemporary comfort with double-glazing throughout the house, high-end hydronic heating, ceiling fans plus individual reverse-cycle air-conditioning for almost every room, roller-shutters and gated parking plus a deep double garage. Tranquil in the treetops with views as far as the Dandenongs, this highset home is surprisingly so close to it all …with the direct path to Cheltenham’s new station, the Charman Rd latte strip and Cheltenham Primary School at the base of the hill, access to Southland and its station within 400m, and Bayside beaches, golf-courses and cafe society all within minutes!
