I live within Bayside, I shop, work and exercise all within Bayside. It’s an area I am deeply connected to, and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
Over 25 years across a variety of roles within real estate sales has given me broad industry knowledge, valuable perspective and the experience to confidently guide clients through every stage of the sales process.
What’s something only locals know about this area?
It’s the small, familiar things I love most, knowing which streets have their own personality, where the best local coffee spots are, and the hidden surprises along the Beaumaris coastline. Paddle boarding near the Motor Yacht Squadron, you can spot seahorses and even fossils, which feels extra special!

We met Fran before the auction. The way we were talking, it felt like we had alredy bought the place and we were discussing the outdoor area at the front. Fran was very personable and felt like we'd known Fran for a long time. We ended up buying the property and will be doing some of what we talked about.
