What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I’ve always felt a strong connection to Bayside. Growing up across Hampton, Sandringham and Highett gave me a real appreciation for the area, with some of my best childhood memories tied to local football and cricket clubs, school and the community around them. I love that each neighbourhood has its own personality, but there’s a real sense of community throughout the area. I’ve built my career here, met some incredible people and sold some amazing homes. It’s much more than just the area I work in…it is home.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
I think my clients would say I’m very hands on and genuinely invested in the outcome. I don’t believe in treating a property like just another listing. I take the time to understand what’s important to each client, communicate honestly and make sure they feel informed throughout the process. For me, it’s about doing what I say I’m going to do and always putting the client’s best interests first.
What are some core values you live by?
Honesty, accountability and doing the right thing are probably the biggest ones for me. I have a strong belief that if you treat people well, work hard and do what you say you’re going to do, everything else tends to follow. I also think respect is important, whether you’re dealing with a client, a buyer, a colleague or someone you’ve just met.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
My career has really been built through relationships, hard work and learning from every experience along the way. I’ve always wanted to build something where my reputation is based on how I treated people and the results I achieved for them. Over time, that’s led me to where I am today, working within a number one team, building a strong presence in Bayside and continuing to be fully invested, to be the very best at what I do.

Speak to us

Your Buxton agent visits your property, considers its features, location, and market conditions, and combines that with recent sales data to give you a clear, realistic view of its value.

We analyse comparable properties, current market trends, and your home’s unique qualities. From there, we provide a considered range that reflects what buyers are likely to pay.

Not at all. An appraisal is simply insight - a way to understand your home’s value and your options before making any decisions.

Typically, we recommend an in-person appraisal so we can assess your property fully. In some cases, a virtual appraisal can provide a helpful initial guide.

Agents weigh factors differently - recent sales, market conditions, and property features. At Buxton, we combine local insight, data, and experience to provide a balanced, realistic appraisal you can trust.
