What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
Bayside has been part of my life for over two decades. After moving from England, I chose to build my family life here, and my son’s schooling has strengthened my connection to the local community even further.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Clients often say I make the process feel more personal, transparent and less stressful. I stay hands-on, communicate consistently and work hard to ensure every client feels genuinely looked after from start to finish.
What are some core values you live by?
Honesty, hard work and doing right by people guide the way I work. I believe in saying what I mean, following through on my word and treating clients the way I would want to be treated.
Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of
The Robert Connor Dawes Foundation is close to my heart. I’ve been involved with Connor’s Run for the past couple of years, supporting childhood brain cancer research through a genuinely meaningful community event.
