His practical approach is backed by sound judgement, strong follow-through and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing. Approachable and dependable, Andrew builds lasting relationships with owners and renters, giving clients confidence that their property is being managed with experience, integrity and consistently high standards.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I’ve worked across Bayside for many years, building a strong connection to its people, properties and communities. That experience has given me a genuine understanding of the local neighbourhoods, the expectations of clients and what matters most to the people who live here.
What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
I’m professional without being overly formal. I like people to feel comfortable dealing with me, but also confident that I will follow things through properly. I think the balance of being approachable, responsive and clear in my communication is important, particularly in property management where people want to know they can rely on you.
What are some core values you live by?
A simple rule I’ve always liked is: if it doesn’t pass the mum test, don’t do it. I always ask myself whether an action is fair, ethical and in the client’s best interests. It keeps things straightforward. Do the right thing, communicate properly and don’t take shortcuts just because they’re easier.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I’ve built experience across every aspect of the role, from day-to-day management through to more complex situations and senior-level responsibility. That depth of experience has shaped the way I work today. I contribute at a senior level and remain closely connected to the people and properties I work with, staying across the detail, anticipating issues early and providing practical, considered advice to both owners and renters.

We analyse comparable properties, current market trends, and your home’s unique qualities. From there, we provide a considered range that reflects what renters are likely to pay.
Not at all. An appraisal is simply insight - a way to understand your property's value and your options before making any decisions.
Typically, we recommend an in-person appraisal so we can assess your property fully. In some cases, a virtual appraisal can provide a helpful initial guide.
Agents weigh factors differently - recent lease results, market conditions, and property features. At Buxton, we combine local insight, data, and experience to provide a balanced, realistic appraisal you can trust.
