I’ve lived in Sandringham for 25 years and raised my four sons here, with strong connections through local schools, football, tennis and community life. Bayside is not just where I work; it has been central to my family’s life.

When we decided to sell our home we walked the nearby streets to ascertain which local real estate agents had the most "for sale" boards up. We chose two agents to provide us with an evaluation, describe the process plus judge who we could work confidently with. We met Peter and the decision was made. It was not an ideal time to sell our property with the recent slump in market prices, the handing down of the results of the Banking Royal Commission and the looming Federal election, however we certainly chose the best agent for the job. Peter was at all times professional and forthright. All through the process Peter communicated honestly with us every step of the way, alleviating any concerns and making suggestions.
