Rachael is bayside born and bred, with long-standing family and community ties across the area. A committed member of Buxton Sandringham since 2010, she brings quick wit, enthusiasm and broad experience across administration, marketing, sales and property management to support the team with confidence across the whole office with confidence.

What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
My family has lived and worked in Bayside for over 40 years, so my connection to the area is deep and personal. It’s a community that has shaped both my family life and professional life.
What are some core values you live by?
Honesty, communication, humour, kindness and friendship are values I hold closely. They help shape the way I work with people and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Tell us about any community initiatives you’re proud of
NBCF is especially meaningful to me, as I lost a close friend to breast cancer last year and know others facing the same battle. Supporting research and awareness feels deeply personal.
What’s something only locals know about this area?
The streets in Hampton’s Castlefield Estate are named after landmarks, towns and battlefields on the Western Front of World War I, which is a meaningful piece of local history many people do not realise.
