What's your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
Born and bred in Hampton and have been around Bayside my entire life. Primary and High school here. Played footy, tennis, swam, surfed (believe it or not but we had great surf where South Road met Beach Road back in the 60’s and 70’s when the Baths were there. Raised 2 children here and one still lives and works here and the other works here but lives further along the beach.

What do your clients commonly say you do differently?
Many of my listings are through referrals from satisfied sellers, so I guess people trust me and are happy with the service and outcome. The testimonials I receive all say I have great knowledge of the area, I’m trustworthy, communicative and a great negotiator. I’m happy with that.

What are some core values you live by?
Be honest with both sellers and buyers, even if it hurts. Spend as much time as I can with grandkids. Travel a lot and eat great food. You never know when your time is up.

Tell us about any community initiatives you're proud of.
I’ve long supported Hampton Rovers Football Club, the club I played with. I support Hampton RSL and have been a member there for years. Served on parent committees of my children’s schools. I also support many local events.

How has your career led you to the role you're in today?
I didn’t start Real Estate until I turned 50, but having a career prior at both Coca-Cola and Pepsico, selling food and beverages, it was a logical transformation. I wish I had taken up Real estate at a much younger age.
