While Simone's leadership sets the tone for the team, she is never less than actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. She enjoys many aspects of her role, especially helping clients to relocate with minimum stress and worry. A Bayside local all her life, Simone is a "Firbank old girl" and "Haileybury mother" who is connected to the community through friends, family, education and sport. Married for more than 25 years to a similarly well-grounded Baysider, Simone's weekends typically involve a taxi-round of basketball at King Club, netball at Thomas St and football at Trevor Barker Oval. But weekends aren't just about ferrying kids and watching sport, Simone maintains work-life balance with a true Bayside edge - with regular clifftop runs balanced by strolls along the beach with her family!
