What's your personal connection to the neighbourhood?
I’ve lived in Bayside my entire life and have spent 42 years working in real estate in the area. My children grew up here, attending local schools and playing for a range of Bayside sporting teams. I have a true lifelong connection to this neighbourhood being born and raised here.

Clients often say I have a relaxed, professional manner that helps reduce stress while keeping things on track. I’m known for being trustworthy, easy to deal with, and keeping people well informed with clear, prompt communication. Above all, I genuinely care about achieving the best outcome for my clients.
What are some core values you live by?
My core values are simple -treat people how I’d like to be treated, with respect for their time and situation. I value empathy, honesty, and clear communication to ensure people feel supported and well-informed throughout the process.
How has your career led you to the role you're in today?
My career has been built over 42 years in the industry, working across just two companies, which has given me real depth of experience. It comes down to time in the job, understanding people, and reading situations across different market conditions.
That experience has built maturity in how I approach negotiations and client relationships. I stay calm, use steady judgement, and keep things simple , which is something clients really value.
What's something only locals know about this area?
Locals know the best part of Bayside is the quieter beach walks and hidden stretches along the bay that you only really discover over time. Just as importantly, it’s a strong, connected community where neighbours look out for each other and there’s a real sense of belonging through schools, sport, and local cafés.
Take us through your most meaningful client story.
One of my most meaningful experiences was helping a landlord relocate back to Melbourne while their property was still tenanted. I attended inspections on their behalf, provided updates, and used FaceTime walkthroughs so they could view homes in real time. It made a stressful transition much easier, and they’ve since become personal friends of mine.
