From a long family line of real estate professionals, Adam Gillon has real estate in his blood!! Adam has worked in almost every area of the industry - starting in property management, moving on to commercial sales and leasing before taking on specialised project marketing and development projects. It didn't take long, however, for him to realise his underlying passion was for residential sales and to accept the role as principal of Buxton's Hampton East office.

From this wide-ranging experience Adam has developed a deep understanding of the industry in general and of the inner-bayside market in particular. He attributes his continued passion for the business to the ever-expanding group of vendors and buyers he meets. While always professional, Adam's easygoing approach makes him a favourite with buyers and vendors alike, and he takes pride in his ability to communicate with both in a relaxed and informative manner.

As principal at Hampton East for over ten years, Adam has developed an energetic, committed sales team with a strong focus on results and the willingness to go the extra mile, which is highly valued. The property management and administrative teams have been recruited for their history of expertise, competence and commitment to the real estate industry.

Adam was recently awarded the JR Buxton Award in 2018, which is in recognition of his unyielding commitment to Buxton through his burning desire for universal success, this quality embodies the legacy of John Robert Buxton, from where the award gets it's name.

Time out from the industry is usually enjoyed locally. A lifelong bayside resident , Adam and his wife Jacinta, are raising their two young children to enjoy the best these suburbs have to offer. Like many sandbelt residents, Adam regularly gives in to the urge to relax on the area's esteemed courses...although he would argue that the lure of the property market means opportunities to play are nowhere near regular enough!
