I first met Amanda at a open for inspection and within 5 seconds of meeting her, she introduced herself/offered to help with selling our property. She maintained a relationship with me over the years and was always there to give advice. Finally, when we were ready to sell I did not hesitate to call her. Amanda is exceptional at what she does! Always the professional, she exudes charisma and charm. They say you should never hire an agent out of your area to sell your house, however she was out of the area and sold our house for an exceptional price. Just goes to show, a great agent can sell anywhere. Amanda is organised and always punctual. When everyone else doubted us, she was the one who believed we could get our price and she delivered. She is not pushy, or abnoxious like most agents. She is caring, compassionate and will always do what is in her vendors best interests. I couldn't recommend her more highly. She is a star!
