Integrity, honesty, clear communication and putting clients first are core to how I work. Real estate often involves people’s biggest asset and can be stressful or emotional, so empathy and strong negotiation both matter. I tailor my approach to each person and their circumstances.
How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?
I began at reception in a Bayside real estate office and have worked across many different roles before moving into sales. That background gives me a broader understanding of advertising, marketing and the many moving parts behind a successful campaign. It also reinforced how important communication is in delivering excellent service.
