What’s your personal connection to the neighbourhood?

Although I don’t live in Hampton East, working here has allowed me to build a strong connection to the neighbourhood. Spending consistent time in the area has given me a real appreciation for its lifestyle, convenience and relaxed community feel. It’s a suburb with strong appeal to a wide range of buyers.

What are some core values you live by?

Integrity, continuous growth, accountability and respect guide how I work. I believe in being honest, consistent and willing to learn, even when things are challenging. I also value listening properly and approaching people with empathy and professionalism.

How has your career led you to the role you’re in today?

My path has been intentional, beginning with three years of Property and Real Estate study at Deakin University. My placement with Buxton allowed me to apply that knowledge in a practical environment and learn from experienced agents. Being offered a role as a Personal Assistant felt like a natural progression.
